About Sponsorship

Carving a sculpture is just the first of many steps in the process of making a sculpture in bronze, and it is by far the most straightforward.  Making a mold, casting the carving in bronze, repairing and finishing the casting, and transporting the piece to and from the foundry are all complex, lengthy, and expensive procedures.

A sponsor pays for a mold to be made of the sculpture, and for two sculptures to be pured in the bronze foundry.  Then the sponsor receivesd one sculpture, and the artist keeps the other.  In the end, by paying only for the production costs,  the sponsor saves 25% on the price of the sculpture.

By sponsoring a statue, you not only make this process easier for the artist, you also save some money yourself.
